Requesting Account Deletion
This form is to request an account deletion. Upon receiving your completed Account Deletion Request Form, our team will verify your information. Confirm the details provided to ensure the accuracy and security of the account deletion process. Once your account is confirmed the account and all associated data will be deleted from our systems within 48 hours of verification.
Please note that once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all services, features, and data within Positive Warrior App. This action is irreversible, and all data, including but not limited to your profile information, user settings, and activity history, will be permanently removed from our servers.
